"This agency is awful. I'm not sure where all those positive reviews are coming from, but my experience is beyond just bad. A few issues. Emails don't get answered right away, changes in insurance are not made in timely manner and as a result, I'm paying a higher rate for no reason. Very poor explanation of insurance plans, very archaic approach with no flexibility. I will stay away from this agency and stay away from State Farm going forward. P.S. My insurance was not cancelled in timely manner and they still charge my bank account for no reason. This twice before going to this agency. Service is not just poor, it's terrible."

"I was promised a discount over 2 months ago. I had been following up multiple times and was told had been updated in the system. Then I get a cancellation notice that if I do not pay the amount (which was supposed to be the discount amount) my policy will be cancelled. This leaves me very anxious, nervous and stressed out. I’m still waiting for this office to correct the situation and provide me a relief."
